Q. I’m a Silver member, where can I find my 25% discount code?

Q. I’m a Silver member can I still send in my photos and videos for the competitions? If so, where do I send them?
A. Yes the photo and video competitions are open to both Silver and Gold members. Please email them to members@good-dogs.co.uk
Q. I’m a Silver member but would like to upgrade to Gold, how do I do this?
A. It’s very easy to do just follow the link below and complete the details. Your Silver membership will be cancelled and your Gold membership instantly activated for you to start using the additional benefits:

Q. How do I get onto the Forum?
A. Click on the tab which says ‘Forum’ on the home page. If you are logged onto the membership site you will gain instant access or you can log onto the forum separately by using your username and password in the forum section. Your username and password is the same for both the membership site and the forum.

Q. I’ve heard the term ‘Affiliate’ before is a ‘Good Dogs! Associate’ the same as being an Affiliate?
A. Yes it is. The term ‘Affiliate’ is widely used in America and in some professions in the U.K, it is the same.
